Research Of Management Culture Innovation For Guangdong Circular Industry Enterprise

Cyclic economy is economic form which could be sustainable development, and build health circular system between environmental resources and economic expand so as to establish the headstone for the progress of society. The main body of this benign circular system is corporation to afford key roles during the development of Cyclic Economy. The model of Cyclic Economy is well-timed for innovation of enterprises' management culture. The purposes for Cyclic Economic consist in improving utilization of resources,reducing pollution,relieving great pressure to environment caused by economic development and aiming at the harmony of economic and zoology benefits. Cyclic economy requests that Organization culture can be combined with Ecological culture.This dissertation first studies related theories about management culture,recycling enterprise and ecological culture. By the results of theory researchers and real situation of organizations, we think that it's necessary for them to innovate their present management culture to eco-culture, because Ecological culture is matched with the intension of Cyclic economy. We construct organization eco-culture from ecosphere and expansibility respectively, which included four culture models: Sick culture,Dried culture,consecrated culture and ecological culture. Then, we analyze the actuality of experimental enterprises of Guangdong Province, and consider that the lead culture for these companies is economic but not ecological culture, further more, there isn't enough realization and propagandize of Ecological culture, the case from Guangzhou Toyota is a typist of such condition. Following, we discuss the necessities to establish Ecological culture by the needs of Cyclic economy pattern,economic benefits and sustainable development for enterprises three angles. Based on SMART principle and AHP, we establish the evaluation indexes systems of Eco-culture for experimental companies reference. Finally, we put forward five basic principles to construct Ecological culture ,and set up the details steps for establishment.
