A Research On The Financial Strategy Of Learning Enterprise

With the rapid development of social economy, science and technology, especially information technology and the advent of the knowledge economy, the operating environment and financial environment of Chinese enterprises is becoming increasingly complex and full of uncertainties. In the rapidly changing global economic environment, Learning Enterprise is a new business management model to satisfy the needs of Knowledge-driven and informational economy. This model takes enhancing core competitiveness of enterprise as the purpose, take realizing the sustainable development as the intrinsic request, and enterprise's sustainable development depends on the enterprise strategy-making efficiency. Finance strategy as the important function strategy of Learning Enterprise, deciding the overall business strategy's operating efficiency. It has an important theory value and the practical significance to research the Learning Enterprise finance strategy systemically.From the Learning Organization Theory perspective, along the guidelines composed of connotation of the Learning Enterprise finance strategy—production mechanism—model analysis—the effective implementation mechanism for the financial strategy—case study, this thesis research the Learning Enterprise finance strategy systemically based on the theory of organizational Learning, organization Knowledge, Finance Strategy, Conformity and so on. The specific layout is as follow:Chapter 1 introduces the purposes, background, meaning, content and methods in this research; Chapter 2 elucidates the basic theory including organization theory, finance strategy theory and conformity theory; Chapter 3 firstly defines connotation and characteristic of Learning Enterprise finance strategy, based on this to analyze the internal essential factor which affect the financial strategy production, and has constructed its dynamic integrated generative model; Chapter 4 first unifies the characteristic of Learning Enterprise, proposed the financial strategy ideological mode which take the knowledge and ability as core competitiveness, and proposed the comprehensive study finance strategy management pattern under this ideological mode guidance; Secondly analysis the fund raising strategy,the investment strategy and the income distribution strategy which take the knowledge and ability as core competitiveness; Chapter 5 mainly study the effective operational mechanism of the Learning Enterprise finance strategy from the sharing knowledge, the study strength promotion, strategic budget management, stakeholder management; Chapter 6 analyzes learning enterprise's success by case study, and through analysis the financial strategy and implementation strategy of the financial strategy management pattern to support this view accordingly.
