The Research Of Project Financing In The Application Of Forestry

The capital is always very important for the development of forestry. Searching an efficient way for capital financing and operation is always the point of forestry investment and financing.This paper starting from the status of forestry investment and financing, pointed out the importance of capital for the development of forestry, showed the difficulties of forestry investment and financing by analyzing its development process, which includes lacking of primitive accumulation, the irrational investment structure, unbalanced capital market and unstandardized government investment behavior. By discussing these difficulties, the paper gave the suggestion for the efficiency of investment and financing, which is project financing.Project financing can effectively solve the financing for large-scale projects and resource development projects. Much money is needed for forestry, and the circuit for the investment is long, which are all in line with the characteristics of project financing operations. On this basis, the paper make a study of the feasibility of forestry financing by discussing the economic viability and market feasibility, technical feasibility and feasibility. At the same time, the paper foresaw the risks of the development of forestry projects, proposed effective prevention measures.Finally, the paper proposed the framework for the preliminary design of forestry project financing, combined with the actual situation, pointing out that forestry project financing can be used in different modes, and focused on forestry BOT financing model, and provide a mature system of the model analysis for forestry financing.In view of the little research results of project financing in forestry, the innovation in this paper is a preliminary study of the project financing in forestry application of the structural model design, which provided a theoretical framework and practical basis for forestry projects financing.
