The Study On Economic Available Evaluation System Of Forestry Construction Project

In recent years, government pay much attention to the development of forestry. There are more and more forestry construction project. Economic available evaluation of forestry project is the important content and organic part of primary research about the feasibility of forestry project and the possibility research, and is the linchpin that determines the future of projects.The importance of its economic available evaluation gradually stands out.Starting with the origin of the general construction project economic available evaluation theory, this paper introduces its development courses and the latest achievements about this theory, and describes the general forestry construction project economic available evaluation principles and methods. Combining with its characteristics of forestry construction project, it puts forward methords and indexes that should be adopted in its economic available evaluation, including Financial Benefit-Cost Estimate, Financial Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis and the choosing of the main appraisal indexes.According to the methords of forestry construction project economic available evaluation, the author developed economic available evaluation system of forestry construction project using C# and SQL Server. The system can achieve the calculation of indexes and report's auto-output, which provide basis for investment decision-making. At last, taking some data as an example, which concludes the paper.
