Customer satisfaction is end-all of Quality Management Institutions. In ISO9001,it pointed definitely:"Ensuring Product Quality,and Furthering Customer satisfaction." Many west countries put a value on considerably Customer satisfaction in their corporations,and collected a supply of much successful experience that Chinese corporations need study.How to enhance Customer satisfaction is the centre of attention of Chinese rag trades.International corportations' rivalships and low loyalty of Chinese consumers are threatening Chinese clothes enterprises after WTO.How to inhance the vying abilities is enterprises' primary questions." The consumers are the foremost in the enterprises' product lines." Aspiring customer satisfaction and loyalty are certain option,while the market's rivalship is strengthening and the business is developing.So, the rag trade's supervisor must enhance their customer service level and enhance customer satisfaction.Researching on customer service is significative quite too in JS,because it's the easier and mellower enprise in Chinese habili retail line of work.The author analysed customer service actuality in JS,found the question,and propounded myself's viewpoint.The supervisors in JS give emphasis to selling,not service.Customer service center's role and positioning are not legible.The data management isn't normative. The Customer service employee's ablities are not the same.On account of these causes, Customer service center hasn't exert it's function.At the same,on account of the problems in JS organization setting measures to lasted improvement,customer service work has not exerted its normal actions.To amend the condition,I consider the supervisors in JS should find the importance of the customer service,and found customer service department.They must stipulate for unitive servie standard,perfect the working's flow,strengthen data management, and training.Additionally,they should train up enterprise service culture,set up customer satisfaction strategy,and strengthen the psychic contract during the enterprise and customers.The research results is important and significative at developing customer satisfaction strategy in Js,in rag trade,too.
