Research On Inner Organization Performance Management Of Hecic New-Energy

Because of the Energy-Saving trend cause by global warming and the supervising of the macro-policy of China's national economy of Sustainable Development, the wind energy industry and other alternative energy are booming. But as the alternative energy just started recently in China, most of the enterprises have less experience on their performance management. Based on the practice of Hecic New-energy Co., Ltd.,the article have researched the performance management of inner organization.The article use the theory of performance management close-circle to have a study on the practice of Hecic New-energy Co., Ltd. and give a deep research on problem include planning, guiding, judging, exchanging and encouraging in the current performance examination system, to find a solution of the performance management system. On the basis of comprehensive study on the theories of the performance management index, to use the method of weight factor judgment and select the weight index related with the company's strategy, the paper design a reasonable performance management system for the company based on finding way to confirm and evaluate the management index of project develop, construction, operation and maintenance of the wind powder factories.By means of experiments and investigates, the new solution seems to be working in improving the problems in the current system, and suggest a new processing reengineering to arise staff's enthusiasm, which can supply a stable foundation of the management system for the sustainable development of the company.
