Research On The Interface Management Of Construction Project Based On Synergy Mechanism

Real estate construction projects features huge investment, long construction period, and high investment risk. In real estate projects, the interface management is very important, because a large number of conflicts, disputes and losses have occurred there. Low efficiency caused by interface obstacles and contradictions get more attention form theory and the business sector.Based on the experience from predecessors, this essay will study the basic theory of interface and organizational structure. The main contents are: First of all, it researches on the basic theories of interfacial management and synergy mechanism; Secondly, based on the analysis of problems of construction project's interfacial management, this essay explains the main content of construction project's management interface based on synergy mechanism; Finally, taking a real estate group company as an example, it explains how to achieve effective control and optimal interface management based on the direct of synergy mechanism.
