The salary management is the core content of human resource management for an enterprise. Under the market economy condition, the competitions among enterprises are the competition among talented people in the final analysis. The salary management plays very important role for attracts, inspirit, develop and detain the talented person and it is also useful for an enterprise to cultivate its core competition and achieve its strategic target. TianWei BaoBian is a large-scale company to be listed, in competition intense today, our company must consummate the existing salary management system unceasingly in order to exert its should do and adapt the development desire. Therefore, this article uses the case research method, derive advance salary management theory from enterprise development and human resource stratagem, with the help of material analysis and research about TianWei BaoBian's salary management system status in quo to make with diagnoses and redesign, in order to devise a new type of salary management system with enterprise stratagem oriented, fair inside, keen competition outside and be good for personnel prompting.
