It urge the bank to seek new road of survival, to carefully examine own superiority and the inferiority, to ponder that its internal resources the utilization efficiency's condition, enhance the management achievements.No matter the bank utilize what kind of method to enhance the management achievements, is finally through optimizes the internal resources deployment, to achieve the goal of profit maximization. This article has selected our country commercial bank's four main internal resources types, namely the human resources, the organization resources, the material resource and the fund resources, multi-level carrying on the description and the quantification to each kind of internal resources from the different angle.
