Study On Foreign Exchange Risk Control Of Chinese Oil Enterprise

Under the influence of global financing situation, the amplitude of fluctuation of foreign exchange rate in financial market increase gradually. Especially since July21,2005, government carry through a break-though innovation for foreign exchange system and RMB keep a good state for increase in value at all times .The frequency and irregularity of the fluctuation for foreign exchange rate will bring uncertain risk in exchange rate to any company operating internationally. For oil enterprise, due to its peculiarity in marketing environment, should pay more attention to these risks. Therefore, it has great significance for oil enterprise to establish an effective risk control system.Oil industry in our country is one of the fields to be opened to the outside world. Its high transparent price making system and the gradual development of the large-scaled national oil enterprise, expedites the globalization of our country's oil enterprise. The increase of the amplitude of fluctuation for foreign exchange rate bring a big risk for many oil enterprises, however, our country's oil enterprise having the obvious lack in guarding foreign exchange risk which disturb the steady development for those companies. Thereby, the request for ameliorate foreign exchange risk control become very imperative. This thesis, on the bases of the theory of foreign exchange risk control, through the research for specialty of foreign exchange risk in oil enterprise. Induced the overseas present situation in oil ramification, analysed our country's oil enterprises present situation, analysed the questions existed here, put forward a series of risk control measures. Meanwhile, this thesis also to measure the whole foreign exchange risk so that can reduce the loss generating from the fluctuation of foreign exchange rate and making the operation of enterprise become much more perfect, thus keep enterprise getting a healthy and steady development.
