Research About Our Country's Excessive Liquidity

Excessive liquidity became a heated issue in 2007, produced profound impact. Tension currency policy was implemented under excessive liquidity pressure; currency policy should be paid more attention in our country's macro-control. We should Control the speeding-up of currency loans, emphasis adequate micro-adjustment, and try our best to build a stable currency and fiscal environment for economic growth and structural adjustment. Under this background, this dissertation's aim is to provide a solution base on our economy's liquidity problem's representation, cause and impact.This dissertation composes of five parts, besides Introduction.In Introduction, the article discussed excessive liquidity's problem's background and the practical meaning in our economic running; described this dissertation's main frame.In the second part, the article introduced excessive liquidity problem's theoretical composition. The article draws a brief line for domestic academic research in this field, discusses it from the following aspects: excessive liquidity's concept, specific representation, cause, impact and regulation.The third part discusses our country's excessive liquidity's impact on economic running.First the article introduced excessive liquidity's representation in our country, 1. Excessive currency supplement reflects our country's severe excessive liquidity problem; 2. High level excessive deposit reserve is a representation of excessive liquidity; 3. The difference between deposit and loan rates is increasing, which shows the severity of excessive liquidity. Based on the information discussed above, the article introduced the causes of our country's excessive liquidity: 1. global economic unbalance initiated excessive liquidity problem, worsened the problem. 2. Our country's foreign currency's rapid growth increased foreign currency occupation. 3. The unbalance of our country's economic structure and regional development produced the deep-level cause of excessive liquidity. 4. Newly increased deposit's unsmooth transferring to investment caused excessive liquidity. 5. Currency flowing speed change caused excessive liquidity. At the end of this part, the author introduced excessive liquidity's impact on our national economy. 1. excessive liquidity necessarily causes partly to overall economic overheating, inflation pressure occurs; 2. Excessive liquidity pushed property price higher and higher; 3. Excessive liquidity influenced our currency policy's practical effects; 4. Excessive liquidity problem's influence on our country's fiscal institutions.The fourth part raised a solution to our country's excessive liquidity, this part includes:First we should implement tension currency policy, control excessive liquidity. 1. Use currency policy tool's withdrawing effects; 2. Comprehensively use other currency policy tools, strengthen"window direction"and loan policy's guidance. Second, we should implement proper fiscal policy according to currency policy. Third, we should deepen fiscal reform, expand opening-up, and balance international income and payment. 1. Stably push forward fiscal institution's reform, speed up product initiation, decentralize excessive liquidity situation; 2. Take"walk-out"strategy, dredge liquidity overseas; the last point is to optimize fiscal ecology, improve fiscal efficiency. Optimize loan structure, strengthen fiscal support in key fields and weak parts; strengthen fiscal control and regulation, to prevent fiscal risks.The last part is conclusion, which sums up the article's meaning, concluded excessive liquidity's representation, its cause and effects, raised the relevant measures and solution to our country's excessive liquidity, so that our economy's healthy development can be achieved.
