Therefore, solar energy and wind power has aroused people's concern. Compared with solar energy, wind energy costs are cheap, simple technology, wind construction flexible and simple maintenance, wind power by the vast number of developing countries welcomed. India is actively promoting the development of wind power industry, and has plans to the mid-21st century, to reach the world's leading level.
