Strategy And Research On The Development Of Integrated Agriculture In Jilin Province

Since the 1950s,the western developed country has started one modernization agriculture production operation way.From the 1990s,our countryside has also started to practice and explore agricultural industrialization.Though its history is not long,it brings the tremendous influence to the agriculture and national economy.The starting and development of agricultural industrialization has extremely important historical significance and practical significance to accelerate agricultural development and carry out agriculture modernization and comprehensively promote the rural economy,which is the key point in solving the rural economy,rural development and rural demography in the new period.But we must see that our country and our province have the problems in developing agricultural industrialization process,which are worth discussing.This article,led by the discussion above,taking related theory about agricultural industrialization and domestic and foreign concrete practices as a starting point,through thorough investigation following theory together with practice,through agricultural industrialization development practice in our country and JiLin province for nearly 20years,points out the existed problems in our province agricultural industrialization,and puts forward the correlated countermeasure proposal.This article is divided into six parts.Firstly,the article carries on the outline analysis to our country agricultural industrialization.It also clarifies agricultural industrialization connotation, characteristic and organization form,and points out agricultural industrialization could increase income to peasants,optimize and distribute agricultural resource,and would be important to realize model transition in agriculture.Secondly,the article summarizes agricultural industrialization experiences of the western developed country.Through the analysis to organization form and industrial structure of agricultural industrialization in the Europe and America,it points out model significance on developing agricultural industrialization.Moreover,the article discusses the main character of JiLin's agriculture and the existed problems and restriction factors in agricultural industrialization developing,and analyses the necessity and urgency in developing JiLin's agricultural industrialization.Finally,the article puts forward the mentality and countermeasure on developing our province agricultural industrialization.It proposes the ideas about how to make leading enterprise strong,change government function,solve the fund restriction in developing agriculture,and improve the farmer quality.We hope that they would have great influence to agricultural industrialization in theory and practice.
