In shirt several dozens years, Singapore molding started from nothing to being famous in the Asia, even in the current world, it is also the same. In The Globalization today, the competition is becoming much fiercer. Singapore molding tries to improve their technical and management without stopping, and take the'step-out'the strategy. Although Singapore molding was not shifted with the Singapore manufacturing transferred. But actually it has been in the neck bottle stage. Singapore KM Company got the fast development with the Singapore development. It bears witness to the Singapore molding development. But Singapore Company has been at the turned point with Singapore manufacturing transferred. Although it has strong design team and good management team, its'product is not varied and labor cost is too high, therefore it is becoming more and more difficult. At this time, what kind of strategy should be taken? This thesis systemically answer this problems based on the book : 《strategy management》.After shortly introducing the history development of Singapore KM Company, the author introduced the KM Company distinguishing features. After first, the author start from Singapore domestic manufacturing, global manufacturing analysis and china manufacturing from outside the environment,focusing on the opportunities of china manufacturing. Under the globalization, international manufacturing stepped in china one by one. As the mother of industry,the molding industry got fast development, this provides the chance for foreign company to step in china. The development of Domestic molding is uneven. Comparing with the foreign country, there is very big gap in the management and technical. This provides the chance for Singapore KM Company to invest in china.The analysis of Singapore KM inner factors is important in this thesis. The author explore the management, R&D, sales and marketing, finance status and the company culture. By comparing, it definite the company the strength and weakness.After reviewing company inner environment, the author applied the TOWS matrix to make development strategy for Singapore KM Company, and then approved the conclusion by using SPACE matrix and Grand strategy matrix. For Singapore KM Company, it's important to insist on being the top of the precision molding, varied development molding and continual innovation.At last, the author does the risk evaluation on the formulated strategy and figure out the risk that Singapore KM Company develops in china. Of course, the culture of Singapore KM Company is very successful, but the environment in china is different. Whether the management team can successfully copy the module to china and execute the localization successfully? This is not so sure. Another point, the R&D in Singapore KM Company is strong comparing with the companies in same fields. But it doesn't keep in the absolute leading status. Therefore, the development strategy in china needs to be take care well.
