| Because of the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization, enterprises are facing with the competition of unprecedented intensity. The needs of customers are getting more and more personalized with higher requirements. Since profit margins are getting narrow down, enterprises need to constantly find out new ways for profit. Logistics is focused as the third source of enterprise profit.The essence of logistics management is on high efficiency of logistics system and minimizing of total logistics cost. The performance evaluation system of logistics management will be a good mirror for performing and improving the companies'logistics management. The performance evaluation system reflects the companies'multilayered, all-sided logistics management measures.This paper is to analyze the importance of logistics management to companies, starting from the companies'logistics stratagem, bringing up two stratagems of improving the efficiency of logistics management and logistics productivity at first.Secondly, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the logistics management and logistics operation, designed a the performance evaluation system utilizing Balanced Score Card customs station, which can show and make the evaluation target on different area and level. Studied again enhanced the logistics management efficiency strategy, need to carry on the concrete internal procedure improvement.Thirdly, In order to let the logistics management performance evaluation system reflects the real logistics management status, correct the deficiency of vendor management in the logistics management performance evaluation system system, we have to design and analyze the vendor performance evaluation system.Finally, we hope the outstanding management method can extend enterprise managers' ways of thinking, and guide other small and medium-sized enterprise logistics management, reaches the essence of logistics management. |
