In nowadays, the competition between enterprises is also the competition between talent employees. Doing the human resource management, upgrading the group and human resource competition are crucial to victory for enterprises. Effective and appropriate performance management system is the protection for the enterprises that want their own competitive advantages in the fierce competition.Today in fierce competition market, DR Group, as a large-scale construction and installation enterprise, has many weaknesses on the strategic management and performance management and so on. So the thesis selects DR Group performance management system for study. On the basis of performance management thesis and the business strategy of DR Group, we identify problems which exist in the system. This article use the method of analysis and fish bone analysis, meanwhile, combined with the result-oriented and process-oriented assessment methodology, we draw up performance indicators system and the detailed implementation program of the performance appraisal, in which equally important conduct and performance. This system is oriented post-target and base on the stratagem. And in accordance with the actual situation of human resources of this company, combining with the theory of performance management cycle PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action), we successful designed a set of complete practical performance management system.This report has been divided into five chapters in order to provide readers a logistical framework for comprehending this research. Based on a brief analysis DR Group's overall situation, chapter one will clarify the importance of this research, as well as introduce the research targets and methodologies of this dissertation. The second chapter will conduct a literature review in order to have an overview of related theories and draw an academic background for the following processes. Chapter three will point out DR Group's weakness on its performance management. The precise descriptions of how to establish DR Group's performance management system are arranged in Chapter four. This chapter includes identifying five key factors for establishing the performance management system, including the preparation activities, the establishment of performance indicator system and evaluation cycle, and the selection of estimate and evaluation methods. Furthermore, chapter four will also give readers a description on the management process of DR Group's new performance management system. The last chapter will go on to analyze reliability and validity of the new performance management system. The result shows that the new system is overall successful.Through actual operation, DR Group performance management system acquires a good effect. It resolves the egalitarian distribution situation which perplexes this company in a long period because of have no performance management integrity, offers the unfailing support for improving and enhancing the company's internal management and strategic objectives. The reform will have a practical significance for long-term development of DR Group.
