In recent years, China's logistics industry has received much attention of domestic and foreign experts, and won faster development, especially the third-party logistics which enable enterprises to focus on their core business, reduce costs, increase flexibility through specialization, integrated logistics resources, the scale effect, it can be said that the third-party logistics bears the mission for providing modern logistics services for all trades and professions. Along with the continuous deepening of economic reform and sustained repid growth of the economy of our country, China's enterprises demand for logistics services is growing. However,the logistics enterprises have great difference with foreign enterprises.because many logistics enterprises of our country which lag behind in development and still remian in the traditional mode of operation are unable to meet the requirements of the development of marketing economy. Generally, the management of logistics enterprises is inefficient ,service concept is backward, service functions is unitary and the demand for third-party logistics is insufficient, so, the logistics industry of our country particularly needs customer service model innovation.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in customer service of China's logistics enterprises, and provide useful reference for the logistics enterprises to improve sevice processes. In this paper, the concept of services and supplementary services were outlined ,and the complementary services are classified comparing with the enterprise's core services. After defining the scope of the logistics industry studied in this paper, the core services of the logistics industry and the classification of supplementary services of logistics enterprises was explained. Then, the paper presented the connotation of service value of logistics industry on the basis of the concept of service value which has exsited.and analyzed the forming process of it. Afterwards, it determine the content and level of supplementary services,and analysed the relations of the content and the cost,level of logistics industry on the basis of customer demand analysis. This paper emphatically analyzed the content of supplementary services of logistics services and service elements from the service process angle and in accordance with the diverse demand of logistics customers. Because the logistics customer service is a dynamic process of change, customer demand is constantly changing, enterprises must evaluate and improve the supplementary services which they provided to achieve organizational goals and process goals. This paper designing the modular supplementary services which may combine for the customer and basing on the customer personalization demand characteristic research can provide a reference for third-party logistics enterprises to improve the process of service delivery, improve service quality, so as to enhance the value of their services. Finally, basing on improving supplementary services of logistics enterprises,the paper proposed some issues which be payed attention to .
