This thesis sets out to study the basic principles that the local government applied to the optimization of fixed assets investment structure, and compares the similarities and differences of different areas'fixed assets investmet structures, thus objectively reflects the dynamic tendency of the fixed assets investment structure. Meanwhile the thesis also emphasizes on the analysis of the body structure, the supply structure and the industrial structure. And it analyses the attributes that restrain the optimization of the fixed assets investment structure from the perspectives of insufficient quantity of the total investment,the inefficiency of the investment, the singleness of investment mode,and the deviation of the government's leading role. As for these problems, the thesis provides some concerning and specific strategies such as establishing and perfecting the inducing mechanism of the fixed assets investment structure and broadening the means of bringing in investment etc.
