First, this thesis introduces the background of the subject study: SHUNDE JF Corporation and its development path from a small county-owned enterprise to current scale with around 20 years' growth under the China's economic reform and marketing environment. Then research on JF Corporation's development strategy under the current situation that the flinty competition and great pressure, especially the whole external marketing situation is not good with the reason like higher materials and environment cost, lower profits etc. Then further introduce the summary of strategic theory, history and current situation of SHUNDE JF Corporation, and determines the task of the strategic research: To determine company's next 5 year's development target, strategic positioning and strategic management methods. Then, according to strategic theories, we analyzed the external environments of SHUNDE JF Corporation, mainly at the general environments, environments of the industry and structure of the industry. It analyzes five factors, which influence the industry and the main two rivals of our enterprise. We draw the exterior opportunity and threats of our enterprise. Still then, we analyze the inferior circumstances, separately at the equipment situations, organization framework, the profit situations, human resource situations, managerial ability, marketing ability of our enterprise, etc. We conclude the inferior strength and weaknesses. So, we get the SWOT Matrix of our enterprise. Still then, according to the SWOT Matrix, we determine "eleven-five" goals and the development strategies of enterprise: We give up the previous integration strategy and change to take recombination strategy; we cut down 2 to the bad companies and focus on our strength yarn-dyed field which complies with low cost strategy methodology. Meanwhile, we choose branding strategy for fitting in company's long tern development goal. At last, according to enterprise development strategies, we determine the main tasks, countermeasure and measures of strategies implementations of our enterprise.The factor determine whether a company can achieve success to some extent lays on whether the company can flexibly use strategic management to transmit all resources into popular products and services. The thesis aims to provide some valuable inputs for JF Corporation's development, epically under current period that JF Corporation are in its own strategy adjustment..
