With the development of modern society, the economy also made rapid development. Along with economic development, there are a lot of social problems such as environmental pollution, the people-to-people exchanges of integrity, and so on. Therefore. Enterprise could not take responsibility just for the stakeholder, but also take responsibility for the environment, and consumer, which is not only the most important segment in building harmony society, but also the needs of international development in this modern society. How could corporate implement society responsibility, media should bring all positive factors into play. Media enterprises is the intermediary between the audience and enterprise, so the coverage is not only for the promotion of enterprises reported accelerate their own development, but also the window through which can let social understand enterprise better. Media use their own follow-up reports and on-the-spot reports to inflect the implementation of corporate social responsibility performance. By means of supervision by public opinion, media can prompt enterprises to better fulfill its obligations.But when participating in the broadcasting those things, media confronted some problems, including media system, "news rent-seeking" , the report superficial. In the process of supervision by news media, there are some "exceeded authority", "unbalanced reporting", "reporting approach irrationality", and so on. To strengthen its own media system reform is a key component to report corporate social responsibility. In the process of reporting, the media must should pay more attention to its own reports, ensure that the authority of the law, to ensure the legitimacy of reports.
