The agriculture,handicraft industry and commerce were all got important achievements. Song Dynasty was the golden ages of economy and culture's development of Jiangxi Jizhou. The thesis will study the the economy of Jizhou in Song Dynasty. The agriculture of Jizhou was got maximum development. The crop's varieties increased and the output was risen. The areas of plowland were enlarged in evidence than before. The output of crop was the first in Jiangxi. The handicraft industry got more progress especially porcelain and shipbuilding . The level of making and decorating was very high in Jizhou Kiln. The shipbuilding's technology made progress evidently. The output of shipbuilding was possessed of important status in Song Dynasty. The variety of merchandise had more and more. There were a few of reasons of Jizhou's economy development. such as: population increased,government policy,technology progress and primely place. It accelerated the society progress that Jizhou's economy developed. For example, flourishing culture,nicer education and eximious person with ability. Song Dynasty was one of the most prosperous times in the history of Jizhou.
