China is developing with a large scale of economic construction, which requires a large amount of construction machinery to serve for. The tremendous potential of this market will inevitably meet heavy competition, which requires the enterprise focus more on its construction of distribution channel, so that the enterprise's operation will be in depth and in particular to enhance the controllability of marketing resources.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the opportunity and threat as well as advantage and inferior of SANDVIK CHINA. And it also indicated that it is very important and necessary to redesign the distribution channel of SANDVIK CHINA due to the new environment. Secondly, this thesis analyzed the elements that influence the distribution channel design of SANDVIK CHINA in detail. Finally, this thesis optimized adequate plan for redesigning the distribution channel of SANDVIK CHINA, according to the state and the marketing goal of SANDVIK CHINA and distributor available.The suggestion for SANDVIK CHINA distribution channel is: For solving the problems such as low market coverage, service shortage for the sales and unfitness to the new customer group, SANDVIK CHINA should develop agents who conduct indirect sale, and rely on the existing offices itself who manage the agents and conduct direct sale in the area where are no SANDVIK CHINA' agent at the same time.
