Tourism Development And Cultural Vicissitude

In recent years , tourism had been paid much attention from state to local government in China as a burgeoning industry which can promote local economy .The traditional folk custom character and style has provided the congenital superiority for developing tourism .But the unique is also the fragile,On the impact of alien culture they always change easily.The culture is a local nationality's symbol ,and more importantly,it is the wealth of mankind.So cultural conservation and cultural inheritance have been the focus of general concern recently.From 1980's,tourism developed very fast in Jinci .As the main way to mondernization ,the meaning of tourism industry for Jinci people can't be only economical.Alongside the living standards rised,the economic basis and social condition were changed .Well known,culture changes all the time,but the directions and characters of those changes are very important for Jinci people.Then it will have much practical significance to analyse culture changes appearance and essence at the aid of certain theoretical frame.The main investigation is impacts of tourism development on Jinci people's daily life. With help of local related human ,I did this survey in three ancient streets of Jinci, Nanbao street, Beibao street, Zhongbao street.I interviewed about 100families,At the same time ,to the Jinci museum, the Jinci government and other concerned department, the next step plan has made the detailed study.For understanding views of residents to these changes, I also designed questionnaire, The analysis integrate to the related chapter. The fieldwork deepened my cognition to many questions.Based on fieldwork, I analysed Jinci' recent changes, In particular, I illustrated the effects of the government , residents, tourism industry and alien culture in cultural changes .I think these four forces are main factors which facilitate culture changes of Jinci .They impacted each other .On the compound effects of culture, they formed the current situation of Jinci culture at last. Only when we recognized their actions on culture changes, then can we understand phenomena and essence of culture changes, and then can we conserve culture effectively.The thesis is made up of introduction ,conclusion and three chapters. The introduction include study background and current significance, correlated studies and articals, and my train thought and writing .The context is composed by three chapters. First chapter traced the development of Jinci culture in history. The second chapter discussed tourism's impact on Jinci's daily life. The third, Jinci's plan direction and next outlet .The conclusion part is my rational thoughts, They can also be used by other area which develop tourism industry.
