The Answering Mechanism To Trade Friction Of Developed Countries And Regions And The Enlightenment To China

2007 is the 6^th year for China to enter WTO, during which China has experienced more and more trade frictions due to international trade protectionism and fiercer international competition. Continuous trade surplus with other trade partners makes China enter a higher-degree developing period of trade frictions. A researching report from Chinese Academy of Science says that the situation of trade friction in China is also severe in 2007, and it is estimated that China will be still in higher-degree developing period in a few years to come.America, Japan, and European Union are the top three trade partners of China. These developed countries and regions have accumulated a lot of valuable experiences by using the strategies of trade barriers under the regulation of WTO. As the saying goes, other people's good quality or suggestion whereby one can remedy one's own defects, it is good for the protection of the internal industry and the development of the international trade in China to study answering mechanisms of America, Japan and European Union to trade friction and take full advantage of the successful experiences of those countries.Different from the models from the angle of China to discuss trade friction before, this thesis discusses the theoretical basis, models, characteristics and experiences of their answering mechanisms to trade frictions by cases from the angle of America, Japan and European Union respectively, and summarizes the enlightenment to China's answering mechanism to trade friction. This thesis comprises six chapters. The first chapter presents trade friction, answering mechanism, and the current situation, and characteristics of trade friction China is also involved. The following three chapters discuss the theoretical basis, models, characteristics and experiences of their answering mechanisms to trade frictions by cases from the angle of America, Japan and European Union respectively. The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons, different strategies to different partners, and the right model of China's trade mechanism to trade friction. The last chapter makes a conclusion, giving some suggestions to promote answering mechanism of China.
