With the rapid economic development and the improvement of people's standard of living, improve the quality of life and enhance physical fitness requirements increasingly strong, timely and the milk cow as well as the rapid, robust% trend, China has become the fastest growing food industry, the growth of the best. Milk cow has gained its fame as " sun rising industry" . However, the development of China's dairy industry is a shorter, the overall low level of production, relatively backward mode of production, while people behind consumer attitudes, consumption levels have remained relatively low impact on the milk cow development. So how to use modern marketing management expertise to facilitate the development of milk cow and milk cow improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, this paper is to explore the content and direction.Based on the Ningxia XJ Milk Co. for the study,the first part of the theory in detail on marketing theory, an objective analysis of China's dairy industry and the marketing of XJ and the marketing problems; XJ faced by the company through the macro and micro environment, use SWOT matrix of the company's marketing environment, the development of the company identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. On this basis, determine the XJ's target market. And from product, pricing, distribution channels and marketing are given in four marketing mix strategy options. The paper concludes with a focus on developing core competitiveness, a senior reserve personnel and training mechanisms, the establishment of a market information feedback mechanism, the implementation of recommendations.Adoption of the Ningxia XJ Milk Co. marketing strategy,The hope is to the Ningxia XJ Milk Co.marketing practice activities with some practical guidance significance,related enterprises also have some reference value.
