| With the rapid development of world economy and international trade, the port, as international trade bridge have an unprecedented development. Because the close relationship between port and local economic in the region, local governments and enterprises have paid great attention. And government and port enterprise both have introduced port logistics development of short, medium and long-term planning, ignited a new round of port terminals for new construction, renovation, expansion of the war. For the achievement of logistics objectives, more and more traditional port functions of handling, transport, storage and Terminals business, have been explored and tried to transit to a modern logistics function, such as, international shipping center, logistics center, a regional shipping center, port-based logistics park, implementing joint development zone, etc. These useful activities have accumulated some successful experiences and failures.In order to enlarge foreign open, develop port logistics rapidly, and enhance comprehensive competition of Chinese ports, therefore improve their status and influence in the world, and eventually set up international hinge port and transport centre. China has put forward and set up Bonded Port Zone. As construction of the Bonded Port Zone, the port logistics is going to have a new opportunity to develop. The Bonded Port Zone will develop logistics through their policy advantage, function advantage, and position advantage.Therefore, based on a number of related literatures, this text goes on a deep and comprehensive study from theory and demonstration analysis about the logistics development of Bonded Port Zone. To begin with, correlative theory of logistics and port logistics are looked back. Then, this study will introduce the conception of Bonded Port Zone, analysis the development actuality and tendency of Bonded Port Zone. Based on this, integrating the investigation, the original factors which can influence the logistics development of Bonded Port Zone would be summarized, and these factors would be filtrated. In the following, the original study model will be designed. Then, the model will be optimized by Item analysis, Relativity Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis and Validity Analysis. Therefore, the corrected model would be educed. In the next, the Weightiness of influencing factors will be confirmed by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP for short). In the following, based on the corrected study model, the Bonded Port Zone of Dayaowan will be studied. Finally, the text will be summarized. |
