Study On Development Strategies Of Mid-and Small-scale Enterprises In Zaozhuang

Over the last twenty years, China's small- and medium-scale enterprises has developed rapidly, and played an important role in the acceleration of economic and social development, fiscal revenue increases, the enlarged employment and other aspects. In Zaozhuang, an underdeveloped region, many of the enterprises are small- and medium-scaled. In recent years, Zaozhuang city party committee and municipal government has offered the enterprises more assistance. So they have developed rapidly. The total asset and the profits & taxes from small- and medium-scale enterprises hold the great proportion in the whole city.This paper is developed on the theories about the enterprises development. Based on the statistical data of Zaozhuang area over the past years, the data of the basic condition of the whole enterprises from the Zaozhuang Economy Suit Center,, and on other data from Zaozhuang Enterprises Bureau in the previous years, this paper takes the brief review on the development of enterprises in Zaozhuang, comprehensively analyzes the development condition of the small- and medium- scale enterprises, the problems existed and the restriction factors in it. From this, the paper then proposes the measures to speed up the development of the enterprises.As a typical resouces-based city, Zaozhuang is rich in resourses and has a clear advantage of its location and transportation. Its small and medium-sized enterprises have achieved certain development with its own characteristics. At the same time, there are a lot of deficiencies and defects in Zaozhuang' s small and medium-sized enterprise mainly are: The product structure is unreasonable and monotonous; Business management is of low quality ect which restrict enterprises' further development. measures targeting speeding up Zaozhuang' Small and medium-sized enterprise should be reflcted in the follow seven aspects: to Strengthens management, perfect legal system gurantee; Transform government functions, standardize market order; Strengthen industry guidance, adjustment product structure; perfect credit management, establishes financing system facing the small and medium-sized enterprises; Construct industrial clusters, bring out the region' economical superiority; Intermediary service system; Perfect internal management; establish modern enterprise system.
