Optimizing Production Management System In DSC Company

With the development of customers market, the customers'requirements showed the characters of diversification and individuation, which lead to change production mode in manufacture enterprise. The production mode trends JIT and MTO. The production plan management related to directly business enterprise can normal production, which meet the requirement of enterprise operation. With the development of market economy, market competition became more drastically, besides demand value production plan management work, even need from the management means, manage thought etc to meet various orientation society development of demand.The manufacture factory of DSC was established as a joint-adventure in the middle of 90's. In the aspects of its production operating to manage, it had advanced , reasonable management, but there are existing unreasonable points on the side of DSC factory present production plan management and organization. Aim at the production plan the management the problem , the thesis studied the circumambience produces with DSC enterprise plan management related and concrete process and an other aspect for involving, such as organizing the organization, the personnel installs, modernization production control means etc., proceed the concrete analysis, to find out how to optimize the production management under the supply chain management requirement. The thesis discussed the approaches to optimize the DSC production system, mainly applying learned theory and knowledge on analyzing the DSC organization and production plan management, to find out the problem and make the solutions, to improve the enterprise production management system.
