Empirical Research On Talent Agglomeration And Talent Attraction Force Of Industrial Cluster

Industrial cluster is an important way for propelling local economic development. Talent is the basic condition for industrial cluster'development, and talent agglomeration is propitious to elevation industrial cluster'competitive advantage and the ability of innovation and learning. Because there are not adequate talents, many industrial clusters can not realize the targets. It is necessary to analyze the effect of talent agglomeration and study the mechanism of talent attraction force, and it is propitious to promote industrial cluster continuous development.By theoretical analysis and empirical research on Guanggu and Zhongguancun, this article analyzes the affecting factors of the talent attraction force. And this article also study how to evaluate the industrial cluster'talent attraction force.Firstly, basing on the existing research findings, this article describes the phenomenon and features of talent agglomeration in industrial cluster, and points out that talent agglomeration in cluster is one of the cluster'dynamic force and can make the cluster get development advantage. At the same time, this article analyzes the reasons of talent agglomeration in cluster, and concludes that talent is one of productive elements and the externalities of job opportunity agglomeration.Secondly, basing on a summary of literature and talent interview, this article analyzes talent agglomeration affecting factors and the index variables to evaluate the industrial cluster'talent attraction force. By questionnaire survey in Zhongguancun and Guanggu, this article studys the reliability and validity of the index variables, and concludes that the index variables include 35 indexes, belonging to economic development level of cluster, location of cluster, culture of cluster, and so on. This article also evaluates the talent attraction force of Zhongguancun , Guanggu, Suzhou industrial park and Zhenan industrial park. Lastly, this article concludes the affecting factors belong to 8 types, and microscopic factors impact more than the macroscopic factors. Basing on the research findings, this article also points out how to attract more talent for industrial clusters.
