There are two kind suppliers in software market. One of them is professional software company which highly commits in software business. Another one, be defined as"Sub- Software Company"in this text, is those company that their business cover some software activities.Firstly, author manages to figure out a basic architecture for analyzing software project management issues of Sub- Software Company. It is consisted of three inter-effected parts, the characteristics of software project and software project management and study for Sub- Software Company's software project management. In order to decrease the risk and balance the benefits of corresponding stakeholders of the software project, the decision making for operation model has to take consideration with many contingency factors.There are several managerial problems such as low customer satisfaction and overrunning project budget with software project in DAS Company. By applying this analysis architecture to DAS company,this text try to discover the causes and its functional mechanics.There exists two ways to improve the managerial capability of software project in DAS. One way is to rebuild the organization structure and consolidate the essential operation management in the scale of strategy level. Another one is to re-engineer several critical domains incrementally in order to improve the managerial capability of software project continually.
