Product development gets special attention by more companies, which aim at the approach of new products to maintain steady development. Brought with"3C"(Customer,competition,Change) by economic globalization, the traditional organization model function-based can't meet the challenge for severe competition. Project management, as a new organizational model project-oriented, has been gradually applied in manufacturing industries in order to gain competitive advantages.
