| Information technology manufacturing industry is playing more and more important role in national economy for its rapid growth since 1990's. Meanwhile, fast development of information technology and economy globalization, the demands'individuation of customer and unceasing change of cirumstance, enterprises are faced with great competition and pressure. How to reduce cost and improve the level of supply chain management become the focus of study.This paper analyze the current situation and question of IT manufacturing industry, and try to explore several approaches including pull supply chain, information technology and demand forecast system, which further lead to superior demand chain efficiency. |
