The core of labor resources allocation is to realize full employment. Economic growth bring about two aspects effect on labor force allocation: one is to increase employment, another is to promote labor resources allocation among industries to fit development. Chengdu has brought forward the goal of full employment in the course of urbanization. The key is how to transfer the rural labor resource from primary industry to another industry, especially to tertiary industry. Research and experience observation demonstrated that non-state-owner economy not only play an important role on conomic growth, but also assume an increasingly high profile on employment. Therefore, it is significance that focuses on the impact of Chengdu non-state-owner economy on labor resource allocation. This thesis based on resource allocation theory and industry structural optimization theory, under which this thesis studie on the impact of Chengdu non-state-owner economy on labor resource by empirical methods.The thesis includes four parts:Chapter one, background and the subject: It mainly introduces the background, subject, hypotheses of the thesis, and the literatures.Chapter two, theoretical framework: It set forth the theoretical framework of resources allocation theory and labour force transfer and industry structural optimization theory, including Petty - Clark theorem, Kuzinieci law.Chapter three, empirical study: This part makes use of statistic data to analyze the relationship between Chengdu non-state economic investment and economic growth. It also analyze the impact of non-state owner economy to the labor resource employment.Chapter four, conclusion: This part gives a conclusion and finds out some problems.Above all, non-state-owner economy has already become a important factor to Chengdu economic growth. Development of non-state owner economy has produced notable and important effect to the human resources allocation. Non-state owner economy was a main factor to promote the allocation of labor resource from agriculture to non-agriculture industrial.
