| With the development of China's socialism marketing system, the private-owned enterprises have developed as well, but they are still not strong enough and have a coparative low multinational degree.Otherwise, as the development of globlization and China increasingly merge into the world economy, it become more and more necessary for the the private-owned enterprises to carrry out the FDI.Firstly,for China has joined WTO,the integration of inner and outer market will give them a lot of pressure.Secondly,as China's reform is going deeply, the pressure of market structure adjustment increases, and the ending of shortage economy lead to a more copetitive market, in which the private-owned enterprises have to undertake the most pressure.Thirdly, the anti-dumping actions, especially the technical barrier,taken by other countries require the private-owned enterprises to take FDI.Finally, the shortage of resources also need them to go abroad.Based on the analysis of the actuality and problems of the private-owned enterprises' FDI, I put forward some suggestions to promote their FDI from the macro angle to the micro angle.The paper is consisted of five parts: Preface, briefly set forth the backgroud and the meaning of this paper. Part one,the theory base of the private-owned enterprises' FDI, which include the concept of the private-owned enterprises and the FDI theory. Part two, the demonstration of private-owned enterprises' FDI, and it include the general scale ,the typical mode ,the economical effect and the advantages and disadvantages of private-owned enterprises' FDI. Part three,China's macro management policy of private-owned enterprises' FDI, and it include the following measures: to develop the finacial service system;to develop the management system;to stranthen the government's serving function; to perfect the law system of private-owned enterprises' FDI.Part four, the management strategy of private-owned enterprises' FDI, and they include the area-chosing strategy, technical innovation strategy, brand strategy and human resources strategy. |
