The competition between the mobile telephone manufacturers become intense increasingly as the Chinese mobile telephone marketplace becomes global system for mobile telecommunications increasing the quickest marketplace . As a rising market, three and four grade-marketplace becomes the focus of attention of the mobile telephone manufacturers. Based on the market background, the article put forward distribution tactic and other supporting tactics which ensure that Motorola returns to first place within the whole nation through studying and analyzing three and four grade-marketplace in Sichuan and Motorola' s distribution at present.First, the writing background, writing purpose and the method of study are introduced simply, which fixed the writing range. Subsequently, marketing combination tactics of the marketing theory are discussed, which lay the foundation of analyzing Motorola's distribution at present and bringing forward the improvement scheme.In recent years, the Chinese government has quickened the development of construction of rural communication engineering and telecommunication business, and has enhanced investment in three agricultures, and has made central and western regions be developed. Therefore, as the living standard is rising and purchasing power of peasant is strengthening, three and four grade-marketplace has already become the new marketplace containing the enormous potential. Sichuan is a big provinces of agriculture, and rural population are in the majority .The diffusion rate of mobile phone is only 12.9%, which is lower than 35% of whole nation. For this purpose, the market potential and Motorola' s distribution at present of three and four grade-marketplace in Sichuan are analyzed mainly in Part III. Although Motorola has invested much capital in distribution, has introduced the FD pattern, and has expanded sale personnel in Sichuan, the degree of controlling the distribution and exploiting the terminal retailer is not satisfactory.Final, the strength and weakness of Motorola are found out through marketing environment analyses of three and four grade-marketplace in Sichuan . Combined with the marketplace environment, the specific distribution tactic is brought forward, which make Motorola speed up control on the terminal retailer. The other supporting tactics are suggested to make the distribution tactic be carried on, which ensure that ensure that Motorola returns to first place within the whole nation.
