The Study On The Creative Architecture Of Agriculture Science And Technology

The purpose for this article is to find out the causes of agriculture science and technology creative system in China, when in the new stage of agricultural development and rural economics development. And according to the causes to find the problems. This is just going to enhance the innovative ability and improve the function efficiency of creative system.This study is under the leading of the basic theories with the agriculture science and technology innovation, have an extensive collections in the related literature data. This study carried on the research to some subsystems of agriculture technological creative system through the causes analysis and bringing the policy suggest.After years of efforts, China has established its science and technology innovation capacity, particularly in recent years, the integration of science and technology with economic development has greatly promoted capacity of innovation of Chinese agricultural research system.On the other hand, historical development reasons has created some problems and also because of the complexity of science and technology development, there are some problem remains to be solved. These problems are: ill-structural problems for agricultural research institutions and lack of funding for research ; agricultural industrialization still lag behind; not enough capability for science and technology innovation, etc.The paper concludes with the recommended framework for agricultural science and technology creative system and policy options: reform agriculture science and technology creative system structure layout;increase agriculture science and technology devotion; grow the creative corpus of agriculture science and technology; build up modern farming technology expansion system; grow good creative exterior environment and condition of agriculture science and technology; continuously raise the character of the research worker and farmer.
