Along with the deepening of LUCC research and development, a typical regional land-use change and the ecological environment has become a response of global environmental change on the main direction of, from different regions and time-scale study, including land use process driven mechanism, and the ecological environment and ecological compensation response measures is an important aspect of the present study. Especially in the fragile ecological environment of the Loess Plateau District, land-use change and ecological environment research is necessary response. At the same time, the global energy situation in recent years due to the tense situation that the growing demand for coal, resulting in the large-scale exploitation of coal resources, coal mining caused large-scale soil erosion, pollution and pressure of the destruction of land resources. Moreover, China's major coal-producing areas on the Loess Plateau, that is, coal production area is a fragile ecological environment, so Loess Hills mining area land-use change and the ecological environment should be said that response of a more prominent practical significance, and it relates to the mining area the effective development and utilization of resources and reasonable protection, ecological and environmental protection and governance, the protection of arable land and food safety, sustainable economic and social development of a series of major issues, thus countries in the region or even the whole future development of an important influence.Based on field investigation and study and learn at home and abroad concluded on the basis of research, basic data collection, use of GIS, GPS, SPSS, and EXCEL software, and Mianchi county Henan Province as an example, in coal mining area of land use change and the ecological environment Response.Include the full text of six parts:The first part is an introduction. Introduced simply to this document one that expounded this article research background and the significance, the domestic and foreign research development summarizes, research content and research technique.Part II is on regional overview. Introduces Mianchi county geographic situation, socio-economic status and the status of the mining areaPart III is divided into mining land use change research. On the one hand reveals the characteristics of land-use change, 1993-2005 12 years of land-use change analysis, integrated land use trends, land use changes and land use changes in the landscape of space; On the other hand the land use change driven analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis combined Mianchi county comprehensive analysis of the past 12 years of land use changes.Part IV is divided into mining land use changes caused by the response to the ecological environment. This is the focus of this paper, focuses on the more serious soil erosion, water environment has been damaged, and mine soil contamination, surface subsidence and cracks, as well as increased natural disasters such as coal gangue and market pressure for land resources, and so forth. Which is the top priority of mine soil pollution, the study of the mining area of farmland soil contaminated soil evaluation, and in accordance with national standards soil environmental quality standards (GB15618-1995), the country's agricultural industry standard - green food producing environmental quality standards (NY / T391-2000) both criteria, a single-factor pollution index and the Nemero integrated pollution index for analysis and evaluation.Part V for mine ecological restoration. Ecological Restoration to determine the objectives of the mining area and then determine the ecological restoration measures mine, which is the key to ecological restoration, the main policy measures and technical measures two parts.Part VI, the conclusion of the study and Prospect. This paper is part of the outcome of the conclusions of the study, and discuss related issues, and then further in-depth study on the future prospects.
