The Study On The Development And Models Of County Economic In Shandong Province

County is China's basic administrative unit; the county economy is county-level administrative divisions within the regional economy, which belongs to relatively independent units with comprehensive and regional feature. The county economy is a very important level of national economy, whose development can promote the proportionate development between cities and countries, and fundamentally solve the "Three Rural Issues" strategic initiatives, a comprehensive build of a harmonious society, and enhance our economic strength. At present, the background of the county economy has changed along with the times, for example, "the regionalization trend" has intensified, at the same time, the policies of "industry nurturing agriculture and cities support countries" and reducing the administrative level have put in practice and "the county economy" has put into the country's economic construction and reform of the economic system. These changes make it clear that the era of developing the county economy advents. Shandong Province is one of the largest agricultural provinces, from the total economy index, the county major economy index accounts for the two-thirds of the province's, other important indexes also account for larger proportion, and the county economy has become an important pillar to the province's economy. Therefore, the study on the different types of county development model and summing up the successful experience of the advanced counties (cities) has an important theoretical significance.The thesis synthetically using special knowledge of location theory, industry economics, regional economics etc, combining the concrete conditions of Shandong Province, adopting the way of theory analysis, on the foundation of abundant investigation, research, analysis, summarizing, promoting, firstly outlines the background, significance, the state at home and abroad and the related theoretical basis; then analyzes the status quo of the county economic development and its features, by which concludes the characteristics of the scale, the stages and industrial structure. Then according to the county's objective environment, comprehensively analyzes the outstanding problems in the course of County development; finally there is the focus of the article, from the view of time and space of influencing factor of county economy development in Shandong,and through horizontal, vertical comparing,indicates the advantages and disadvantages of County Economy and puts forward five county economic development models of Shandong province: agriculture industry-led type, location advantages type, resource-driven type, industry cluster type, special economic type. On this basis, brings forward measures at the aspect of administrative system, the market mechanism, regional cooperation, environmental protection and other aspects, which create favorable internal and external conditions the for the sustainable development of economy County of Shandong Province.
