Improving the integrated strengths of power grid companies, is the guarantee and foundation of improving economic benefit,and it also is the important guarantee of promoting the national economy steady development. Power technical and economic index can reflect the production technology and management level and the economic effect of power grid companies. Integrated evaluation for power grid companies and their technology and economy can reflect the integrated strengths and technical and economic level comprehensive and intuitionistic,and the disadvantage can be easy to find out prompt, operation strategy be adjusted and regulatory measures be improved. Based on this goal, evaluation methods of power grid companies and their technology and economy are studied.A scientific and comprehensive evaluation criterion system for grid companies and another one for their technology and economy are set.Five multi-attribute and multi-objective integrated evaluation are researched: delphi method,AHP,DEA, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy method, their advantage and disadvantage are pointed out. In order to makes up the disadvantage of the sole evaluation method, entropy weight model is set. The single criterion evaluation exponent and assessment criteria are set, the weight structural of the criterion is analyzed into attribute weight and grading weight, and they are set by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In order to set entropy weight model, attribute weight and grading weight are integrated into synthetic weight, which is based on minimum relative comentropy elements.Power grid companies and their technology and economy are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, AHP and entropy weight model, and the results show the opinion rating is the same,but the concrete value is different.
