Study On Corporate Social Responsibility Of Private Companies

During the development of market-oriented economy, conflicts between enterprises and their stakeholders become more and more obvious. The whole society is emphasizing that corporate should bear their social responsibility. In the new era, the private economy is a key component of the national economy. Private companies are shouldering an important mission to develop themselves and bear social responsibility.This paper combines the research methods of theory study and practical analysis. First, different views and studies by foreign and domestic experts of corporate social responsibility are compared. Then, the practices of Chinese private companies' social responsibility are analyzed. At last, solutions and strategies are proposed in respect of private companies, government and community organizations. Hope to give suggestions to private companies in social responsibility activities.
