This paper put forward the economic and technique problem of the inland port of Guangxi,which is based on the engineering actual, joint use of structural calculation and economic analysis. Through a lot of computation, come up with the following preliminary conclusions.1. In this text,according completely and systematically analysis, it put forward the difficulty and opportunities about the development faced of the inland port of Guangxi. At the same time some current problems and the development strategy was presented.2. The port planning of Guangxi was presented in this paper based on a lot of analysis about the condition of the inland river port and contacting the economic development environment.3. And it also have put forward the principle and development mode which the port must insist, at the same time some structures pattern was also presented.
