The arrival of new economic era is changing the managerial environment and the rule of the business enterprise competitions. The business enterprise, which is the corpus of the market economy, must pay attention to competition, understand competition and understand thoroughly the mechanism of the competition, learn more about competitive strategy theories, method and strategy modes so as to be good at the competition, win the competitive advantage.How to design a management system, which is scientific, efficient and suit the situation of our country and meets the satisfaction in this period of economy globalization is an important and whole brand new topic for domestic enterprises. In this paper Galanz Group which is one of the biggest microwave oven manufacturer in China is set as an example, Through the analysis of the present overall cost leadership strategy of Galanz microwave oven, it is illustrated that how enterprises can obtain competitiveness through using the strategy efficiently.The first chapter of the paper is the abstract and analyzes the history of the Galanz Group, and chapter two illustrates the exterior condition of competition in microwave oven business, Chapter three analyzes the interior condition of competition in microwave oven business, Chapter four composes the strategy of competition for Galanz Group, Chapter five operate and ensure for Galanz competitive strategy, The last chapter draw a conclusion about how to win strength through successful implementation of the strategy.This paper attempts to design and compose for competition strategy of Galanz microwave oven on the base of former research productions, to make great effort to grope rules of total cost lead stratagem, so for the sake of Galanz and the other similar enterprises can manage continuously to offer countermeasure.
