Plastic window was developed by Germany firstly. Profile window was developed by Dynsmit Nobel Co.,Ltd in 1995, and investigated PVC window by Hochest Co.,Ltd. It was quickly spread in the world because of some advantages such as saving energy,keeping away hot and keep away discord. Plastic window was developed from 1980 in our country, the cavity moulds a section bar stiffly from the pair arriving at now three cavities , four cavity PVC section bars, substitute aluminium alloy doors and windows basically.The chemical building materialsin dustry is the leading in dustry in Shide Group. Plastic PVC profile is main product in Shide Group. During the last few years, although The Shi De profile develops quickly with real estate industry irritation, the sales begin to come down beacause of the rise price of the raw material and that marketplace intensifying competition. So the shide group must to change the sale strategy.At fist, this thesis analyzes the profile-marketing situation and draw a conclusion is that the profile-marketing situation has been enter mature stage. Then analyzes marketing questions of Shide Group. At last this thesis uses marketing strategy theory such as product theory,price theory,promotion theory,place theory to solute the questions.This thesis not only provides the plans for Shide Group but also analyze the whole plastic window industry.It also provides a good reference to search how to manage market for whole experts in the industry.
