Along with socialist market economy system further developing, the market competition is day by day intense, and the talented person becomes the most important resources which the enterprise captures. Therefore, for mordent enterprise, it is a question need to solution urgently that how establishes the science reasonable compensation control system which can fully attract, detain, stimulate talented persons. The D Combustion Engine Fitting Corporate is a new company which reformed from a state public service enterprise. It is very necessary to reform its management system, especially the compensation system. This article is going to research and design the compensation project of the company.The article consists of six parts: Firstly, it brings forward the question of the compensation. Secondly, it introduces the human capital theory and its instruction function for enterprise compensation management, and elaborates major point of each kind of compensation; thereby lay the foundation for the research of compensation plan design. Thirdly, it analyses the status quo of the company, finds the questions of compensation system, points out talented person deficient, salary and achievements unhooked, etc. Proposed the establishment post achievements wage mentality and confirms the basic line of design that establish compensation plan based on the post value and the staff achievements project. Fourthly, below the basic principle of compensation, according to the process, it designs the compensation project. .Fifthly, it sets forth how to ensure the new project to be put in practice. Finally, it summarizes the article and brings forward the develop direction of the compensation project.The significance of this paper is that through researching compensation theory research and analyzing the existence question of the company's present compensation system, using modern salary management thought, theory and method, it designs a suit of compensation project which the company need urgently and it offers a line for other enterprise which need reform its compensation system.
