The interaction between regions will become the main characteristic in trade development in China. Today the characteristics of the economic development is that economic globalization and regional economic integration. This is because information technology, transportation technology has been highly developed, making global spatio-temporal distance get smaller and smaller,inter-regional and international competition also will be fierce increasingly. In order to avoid vicious competition and the emergence of a lose-lose situation, inter-regions, inter-countries have formed interests community, regional economic cooperation to seek the best interests coordination of the parties such as the EU's integration, the establishment of the North American Free Trade Area, the agreement of ASEAN Free Trade and so on, the effective operation of China Yangtze River Delta 15 +1 city groups, buildings on Bohai economic circle and so on which shows fiery development trend of regional economic cooperation.Economic globalization and regionalization have become the trend of world economic development,China's WTO accession and the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has created favorable conditions and environment to China's economic integration into the development of economic globalization and regionalization. Conforming to the trend of the times, the Pan-Pearl River Delta has emerged, whose establishment brings inter-provincial energy integration, enhances international competitiveness of the regional economy, promotes domestic economic circle to have healthy competition, and deepens China's economic system reform. In China, China's regional economic development still has many unsolved problems, the coordinated development of regional economy has become a new trend in China's economic development. With the signing of CEPA, between Guangdong and Hong Kong, the flow of people, logistics, goods flow get more smooth, these two dominant industries are fully integrated, under this background, researching the effects of radiation, driven effect on Guangdong - Hong Kong cooperation on the "Pan-Pearl River Delta" is helpful to explore the coordinated development of regional economy model and mechanism and the regional economic integration path with Chinese characteristicsSince CEPA and the Pan-PRD has been proposed, regional economic cooperation in this area has become a hot spot, various statements and views vary. Most focused on the prospects for cooperation of Hong Kong and Macao with the mainland and the historical summary in Pan-PRD regional economic cooperation and outlook as well as the issues that should be paid attention to during the course of development, or the research on the some specific aspect on economic cooperation under the framework of CEPA. In this article I propose that since the start of the Pan-Pearl River Delta cooperation, the Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation plays an important role in the"Pan-Pearl River Delta"regional cooperation."Pan-Pearl River Delta"is vast, has huge market capability and great development potential. Guangdong is an important manufacturing base, industrial cluster has obvious advantages. Hong Kong is an international finance, trade and shipping centre, services has obvious advantages, business environment is good. Guangdong-Hong Kong Joint advantage plays a unique and positive role in the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation. During the economic interaction in several provinces , Fujian and Guangdong's economic ties closely, inter-industry competition is great; Sichuan is not only the farthest, but traditionally more closely with the Yangtze River Delta; Yunnan and Guizhou are both fringe areas, mutual homogeneity will bring about more competitions. Possible means should be adopted by some members of the benefits of close cooperation to stimulate other members to promote cooperation. Especially the core members of the successful cooperation can promote the regional cooperation and attraction of radiation. The advantages of Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation is to some extent regional advantage which is formed by economic development. This radiation far exceeded the existing administrative regions, and even to the entire Pan-PRD region and the MainlandFocusing on how Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation effects the"Pan-Pearl River Delta", the article has been divided into four sections. The first chapter is a basic overview, mainly focuses on the current development of Guangdong -Hong Kong cooperation and the "Pan-Pearl River Delta" under the background of CEPA, and studies the mode of Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation, makes the forecast of future trends. The second chapter describes regional economic theory of radiation, from basic radiation theory and effect start, demonstrates the application of this theory in the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional economic development from the regional economic point of pointed radiation, linear radiation, surface radiation respectively. Chapter III undertakes II, applies a variety of radiation theory, such as the core- marginal theory, the unbalanced development between different regions to discuss the effect of Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation on the"Pan-Pearl River Delta"cooperation under the background of CEPA. These are two main parts of this article. Chapter IV mainly sums up the current situation of Guangdong- Hong Kong cooperation under the background of CEPA and the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation, proposes the future development planning. t Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation is the core layer cooperation in "9 +2" regional cooperation, and notes that the development of"Pan-Pearl River Delta"needs Guangdong and Hong Kong to integrate a regional economic cooperation centre first to stimulate the surrounding areas to get better, by the end of the article I propose to the way and suggestion to deal with the situation and the future planning, intending to provide a relative issues a reference. |
