In areas of good economical development and favorable human resources, we should select those industries with high-tech and main stream industrial selection standard. Likewise, in area of poor economical conditions, it should avert to labor intense industries and those provide faster development.To select industries with potentially quicker development, firstly we should cast our eyes on advancing the structures and speeding up the economical development as well as making good strategies; secondly attach importance on an immediate goal of development, and make refinement of the structure of industries to reach economical coordination; thirdly we should find the bottleneck of economy at the present stage and relieve it; fourthly, learn the reality of present China.Meanwhile we should make sound strategies on industry development according to the technological, financial, human resource policies of China, also based on the legislation system and other environmental contexts.
