Brand competitive power of a corporation can measure the brand core power and advantage in the market competition. It is one of the most important factors in the core competition power. Based on scientific marketing concepts, objective data about the market and the tight model, the brand competitive power can be measured correctly and effectively. Facing good opportunity and severe competition, Changzhou shopping center are necessary to correctly evaluate their brand competitive power in order to enhance its core competitive power.Based on the relevant domestic and foreign theories and research approaches, the research is conducted through theory analysis, background of corporation analysis, mathematical calculation, model building and empirical study. After the in-depth analysis of the status quo of Chinese department stores, the author presents the definition of the brand competitive power of Changzhou shopping center. Having studied the classic theories of marketing, the author sets up the evaluation index system, introduces the factor analytic approach, discusses the mathematical principle, and then builds a structure model to evaluate the brand competitive power. In the model, factor analytic approach is to be used to do the evaluation objectively and effectively. Finally, the author carries out a study in Changzhou shopping center to validate the model and index system.Evaluation model and index system are aimed at correctly and effectively evaluating the brand competitive power of Changzhou shopping center. It is believed that this model will be of great help to the development of brand marketing management of Changzhou shopping center.
