Business process reengineering (BPR) is very complex system. In the course of building information system in an enterprise, it would be still unknown, if BPR will benefit from it and farthest reduce risks in current business.IPR (Information Process Reengineering) is a plan which simulates BPR and experiment in information system. It takes full advantage of the agility on regulating information process and uses benchmarking indexes to review and evaluate feasibility or adjust plan, so we can gain our ends without tremendous risks on BPR.In a real-time cost accounting project, I had built an IPR model on three critical processes. There is scheme of implementation and benchmarking index composed of key business index which was continually compared and adjusted during the course of project, finally it would point out benefit that had been achieved and those could not been fulfilled. Finally we emphasize tactic of BPR following by decomposing indexes. In order to succeed in IPR, we must strategically analyze it, pay attention to its phase and get in touch with its cadence, and must fully think over culture factor.. In the article, we introduce a solution for business process reengineering, point out its introductory function in given BPR environment. In fact, IPR is fit for such situation as nebulous target, which is involved pivotal business flow and been hard to bring into effect.
