| After having a good learning of research situation of anti-poverty capital utilizing efficiency in and outer the country, this paper is focused on two important issues that affect the utilizing efficiency of poverty-support capital, user requirement and investment direction structure of poverty-support capital. The user requirement and investment direction structure of anti-poverty capital in Fuxin are also studied. According to the whole taget of the arrangement of capital and principles of indexes system establishing, a comprehensive evaluating indexes system of the utilizing efficiency of anti-poverty capital is established. It is based on statistics, economics and other relative theories, which aims to satisfy society benefit, zoology bnefit and economic benefit. By using the established system, the utilizing efficiency of Fuxin anti-poverty capital is evaluated in the first time. |
