The papers select the documents of Ming dynasty as the object of study which are represented to Emperor by the Subordinates. From the papers, we can see more phenomena of the state of society, the management of country and existence of culture. The documents were very important in our ancient society and existed as a tool which was used to govern the country. First, it is related to the current affairs. second, because most of the documents writers are also the literators, at the same time, Ming dynasty made the regulation that rely on Eight Parts Writing, so the documents show the corresponding characters. All about this are as follows:In the first part , I have defined the documents of Ming dynasty as the only ones that represent Emperor for telling the country affairs, not including the ones that represent Emperor's mother, the Emperor's son who would be Emperor in the future, or the senior departments. The classification of the documents of Ming dynasty was made and important kinds had been studied according to its development and brevity or complexity.last, the delivery process and the background of the politics regime had been studied, from which we can see the politics system and the condition of government. In the second part, the content of the affairs had been studied and classified as five kinds: talking about affairs, persuading Emperor to do something that should be done, recommending somebody who is regarded as a genius, pointing out somebody's error and making a punishment to him, and military affairs and fighting agaist the opponent forces. From these contents we can see that the people in that dynasty were concerned about what the affairs were. So we would have a deeper understanding about the management of government, the confliction between the two classes and the attitude of the writers to the society. In the third part, the characters of style of the documents have been sysmetically studied. The first one is the improvement of practical use of the documental writing, the second one is that the phenomenon of"eight parts writing"had ermerged, the third one is that the tedious writing has never vanished with which persuade Emperor to do something or not to do something, the last one is lacking of tactic of speaking to the Emperor. From the analysis of four characters, we would get more understanding about the political regime, the culture regime, the quality and the attitude to the value of the writers.
